- Delivery practices that fit your building, such as elevator reservations and protecting floors and doorways.
- A certificate of insurance that names your property, checked before their first install.
How pricing usually works
- Appliance sales are priced per unit, with volume or account pricing for larger orders.
- Delivery, installation, haul-away and disposal of old units are often listed separately.
- Repairs are usually billed as a trip or diagnostic charge plus parts and labor.
- Some vendors offer service agreements or extended warranties for a set fee.
