- A clear point of contact on move days who can answer your team quickly when something goes wrong.
How pricing usually works
- Resident moving and storage is often paid by the resident directly, per item, per box or per storage unit, with the property acting as a referral partner.
- Property-paid work, such as moving furniture between units, is usually quoted per project, per hour or per crew.
- Move-day support may be priced as a set fee for the event, with staffing levels agreed in advance.
- Packing materials, stairs, long carries and after-hours work are often extra.
